Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns if:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
The return request is made within 2 Days of receiving the product.
The item is unused and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Opened or used products.
Perishable goods unless they are damaged upon arrival.
Change of mind after purchase.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days through the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective product, you may request an exchange instead of a refund.

How to Request a Return

Anyone can request a return, but only within 12 hours of ordering a product. Otherwise, you will not be able to return an order.
